Real Madrid @ UCLA

皇馬在八月份來到加州進行兩場友誼賽，並以UCLA為訓練基地，於是這陣子的校園裡就出現很多迷哥迷妹(當然大部分是迷妹XD)。這次當然來了很多巨星球員及教練，但是身為不專業的四年一度一月球迷，我只認得Kaka跟C羅...。

天氣很好的一天，所以等在廣場上其實很曬...orz。

Jacaranda

6月5日，這是本學期最後一日，也是我研究生生涯第一年的最後一個上課日。(但其實沒有課了，只有一個沒有學生會來的Office hour XD)

最近westwood街道上有種樹開著紫色的花朵，據說這花就叫做Jacaranda。

所以我抱著朝聖的心情，在公衛學院與生醫學院所屬的這個複雜建築物裡探險，果然被我找到位於五樓的神秘看板。

我敢拍胸脯保證，本人比較帥。

另外還有兩位同學，雖然他們是無辜的 XD。

TA Center

The TA center, located in PAB, is a good place to fight with Jackson's problems (also Jimmy's and Eric's XD).

In the room, there were several signs on the wall, written "NO food and drinks allowed." Until one day, something has been changed....

This guy, who worked on E&M homeworks, is Will, the EMP.

UCLA - North

寒假的某個無聊的傍晚，坐shuttle到校園東北角開始一路向南拍照，可惜天色昏暗，光源不足。















金星出現了。

Racoon

是的，raccoon，我看到了浣熊。

就在到LA後第二場雨的這個夜裡，居然可以在UCLA校園門口的樹邊，見到一隻浣熊在掘地覓食，大概是雨後有新鮮的蚯蚓大餐?!我和佑瑾於是停下腳步準備留下真相，無奈LG手機沒有附閃光燈。我只能說，浣熊嘴饞吃東西的樣子真的很可愛。

很可惜的是，往後在我回憶中的這個夜晚，可能還會有個挺糟的印象，那就是在Ralphs外頭的遊民，很顯然地，LA的遊民比HC的要來的積極多了。因此，從今天起，homeless成了raccoon的相反詞(極不可愛的<> 可愛的)。強如美國，仍有餐風露宿的弱者，但正如我們鄙視新竹車站地下道的遊民一樣，老美遊民同樣有手有腳，甘願落魄，沒有比較高級。克洛克達爾說過，弱者本身就是一種罪；或許如此弱肉強食的觀念，的確有它存在於現實中的原因。

今晚，我在這個城市見到了raccoon與homeless，能夠在一晚上見識到一個城市的美麗與哀愁，依小社的說法，這在某種程度上算是種幸運。

另外是演講廳PAB 1425，修了就可以吃free food的Seminar的上課地點。
